ABOUT PERFUSION ASSOCIATES OF CENTRAL FLORIDA
Our two founding members began providing extracorporal services to area hospitals in January of 1980. As the number of cardiothoracic cases in Central Florida increased so did our team size. Today we have a team of seventeen perfusionist and three autotransfusionist. And, we continue to grow.
PACF has benefitted from an alliance of the latest generation of perfusionist with our veterans in extracorporeal technology. Several of our team members have been involved with extracorporeal technology since the early 1970’s, while other team members are recent graduates from perfusion programs.
With advancements in perfusion technology and diversification of perfusion services, PACF has welcomed to its ranks, new members, with knowledge and mastery of these innovative services. These new members provide necessary updates and connections to the new worlds of perfusion technology. In turn, our established team members share their insights and understanding that they derived through their years of dedicated perfusion service. This team collaboration has created a perfusion group that can deliver proficient, professional services.

PACF believes that exceptional quality in performance is best achieved through personalized service to the hospitals and to the surgeons. Continuing to serve exclusively as a local service has allowed us to maintain this high standard of commitment. It has also afforded our team the opportunity to develop strong professional rapport with the surgeons, the hospitals, the surgical teams, and the surrounding communities of Central Florida. Over time, we have established a long-standing relationship with each hospital, the staff, and the surgeons. We understand each hospital’s unique environment and its individual protocol. We are therefore able to tailor our perfusion techniques to meet the singular needs of the surgeon as well as the individual needs of the patient.
Our mission has always been to provide excellence in service to the surgeons and hospitals we serve. And, more importantly, we strive to provide the highest level of care and compassion to the patient. Throughout the years, Perfusion Associates of Central Florida has remained steadfast to that conviction and continues to provide excellence in perfusion service and care.
